By accessing or using the Fudge Kitchen website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

All Fudge Kitchen confections are handcrafted in small batches using traditional copper kettle methods. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, weight, and texture may occur. We take pride in delivering the highest quality sweets to our customers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team. Payments are processed securely via encrypted gateways (Stripe/Authorize.Net). We never store raw credit card credentials.

Orders are prepared and shipped with care. Warm-weather shipping protocols may apply during summer months to protect confections against melting. We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or carrier disruptions once packages are in transit.
